(Was also working out this whole time). Yesterday I got fed up and somehow ended up eating about 3000 calories of pure junk which is over double of what I was eating before and fruit and chicken and broccoli and stuff. Still drank the same consistent amount of water. Today I stepped on the scale at the same time I do everyday and lost half a pound. It hadn’t moved in over a week. I don’t get it. Someone please explain 😭
Yeah I’m going to start doing that now but make adjustments up or down as I see fit with how/if the scale moves probably. This probably makes me seem too intense but do you think that weight I saw on the scale today will stay and only go down from what I did yesterday? Today I’ll eat in a 500 deficit. I just don’t want it to go up.
