YUPPP surrounding yourself w good people is so important, when I was w my ex she was draining me spiritually emotionally and physically and now Im free and shed the weight like its nothing, I haven’t been this happy since before I met her at the beginning of freshman year

Using chat gpt is not an accurate way to measure it. Lack of muscle separation in the adductors and sweeping into the quads. Forearms aren’t lean at all, bis and tris are close but not showing striations. Maybe it’s the photo but you don’t look single digit defined. You still look good dog

Scales haven’t been that accurate in my experience. I’ve done body pods, and things of the sort and had estimates that were way to high and way to low. I prefer to guess based off my experience and me coach’s. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter that much I still need to be as lean as possible before stepping on stage

I also said 7-9% before I looked it up on ChatGPT. I have a very experienced coach and there are features on my body that aren’t shown in the pictures such as leg veins, shoulder and chest veins, tricep veins, tricep feathering, hamstring separation, glute pocket, leg definition, etc
