Keep lifting and your protein high 1g per body weight. Best cardio for fat loss is walking on an incline at a moderate pace running can cannibalise muscle

What’s a good “moderate” pace? I usually walk really fast, so I’ve been doing 3.1-3.2 mph at 9% incline. Should I bump it down to 2.5mph so I can go longer?

I usually walk at 2.5mph at a 10% incline.

Weight lifting plus walking. 10,000 steps a day is great bc it ensures you at least use all your muscles. Protein, good fats, and a lot of water (helps things not sag) !!! Thankfully I'm already kind of like a tank due to my polak Olympic weight lifter grandpa🤣🤣

But I'd say you're going to lose some muscle regardless unfortunately when you're in a cut for a good amount of time. Just stay moving :)
