what split would you guys recommend? idk if all this matters, but i’m a girl and i’m trying to focus on legs mainly. i currently hit legs 3x a week but maybe that’s too much? please help me out haha

I feel like the majority of people who workout muscle groups 3x a week would get more out of their training by doing less and lifting heavier. But I don't know anything about your training, so if you wanted to do legs 3x a week, your split would probably have to be upper/lower, like LULRLUR

2 upper body days and 3 lower body days is a good split

i usually lift lighter weight for more reps. i’m not really sure the benefits of that vs. heavier less reps. i have a bad back tho so it usually causes me less pain that way

That's fine as long as you're lifting to or near muscular failure.
