As long as you’re losing the weight in a healthy way then I would say no, doing a good job! A lot of factors come into play with how long it takes to lose weight as well

I also agree with what they said, so long as it’s healthy and you understand that you may not retain all your muscle mass cutting that aggressively. That being said if your goal is pure weight loss that’s amazing progress super proud of you!
