i can see my chest bones and i’m just now entering underweight bmi but my stomach is still “big”, how do i get toned 💔 and how long to see progress 😭

just start lifting heavy and eating enough. Reason why ur skinny fat is cause u don’t have enough muscle. The pudgy stomach is to protect your vital organs so you lose it last. Don’t starve urself gang

This^^ Especially if you can see your bones, your body will prioritize your organs/ visceral fat to keep you alive and functioning. So going too thin is hurting more than helping your midsection appearance
