Arnold split has my heart. But I start it with legs because it’s more enjoyable/ easier to fit runs in (in my opinion) so:
Legs, Push, Pull (upper back), Rest, legs, Arms and shoulders, chest and back (lower back)

Try and do a push, pull, and leg compound movement for 3x 8-10 per movement
