Why are adductor machines so fucking light? Literally sat down on one for the first time and repped out the max stack for 15.

I did this same thing and my legs KILLED me for the next couple of days. Never sat on that machine again.

That’s because a lot of people’s adductors just sit there and don’t get trained directly, so training them directly for the first time cooks them. It goes away after a week or so, i don’t get sore there anymore.

Oh I know, lowkey traumatized me LMAO. I sat down and did it and was like wow this feels like nothing & my legs were shredded so bad after. I was in so much pain walking, everytime I sat on the machine afterwards I would get chills thinking about it so I just never used it again. 😂 This was well over a year ago though, so I’ll give it another shot working my way up this time

It’s definitely worth it, my total thigh volume exploded when I started training them directly. Just had to buy a gym pin becuase the stack on these fuckers is made for toddlers

It helps with toning the inner thigh right? Or is that adductors? I know one of them is for the hips idk which one. Also yeah I go to a private gym & some of the machines do have very light weights so I might have to also get those

It is adductors, they are on the inner thigh. Abductors are the gluteus medius. I don’t like to call it “toning” because that’s not really a thing, it’s just hypertrophy
