I didnt go to the gym for a week and when I came back my shoulders were fucked up. No injuries before my break, now it hurts to lift my arm over my head with any kind of weight. Any ideas???

It hurt before I came back but I was like meh probably just from having a lot of tension in my shoulders all week cus it was a stressful ass week. Also been stretching

And it was back and tris on my first day back not really intense shoulder stuff
