I’m a nutrition major and it’s crazy how much time dietitians spend counseling ppl on how to buy quality groceries on a budget, it shouldn’t take this much for people to be healthy :/

well even not buying a wide assortment and only essentials I still find myself buying well over 200 a month :/

I know, we’re getting to the point where no amount of budgeting can save you from these grocery prices it’s truly horrifying

That's like $7 a day, a single Chipotle bowl is $9 or more. $2400 a year on food doesn't seem like much to me if you're making a full-time paycheck.
