Bodies are just broken down (in organized ways) in the gym OP, they are built when you sleep. Diet tho, diet is the key to weight loss. However much or little you do in the gym is okay. Focus on your diet, you’ll figure out how to do gym stuff as you go.

Preferably nap after 10 minutes of whatever exercise you choose to burn off blood glucose, but you do you. Even just walking for 10 minutes should make any nap you take more restful.
