I weigh myself every morning before breakfast and after using bathroom. My weight fluctuates depending on menstrual cycle but yeah daily weight fluctuates a lot too

I just weigh myself in the morning before eating or drinking cause I feel like that will be the more reliable and valid since it’s more indicative of the amount of fat on me absent water weight or daily food intake.
