My body cannot handle that. After a few hours I started feeling like I have the flu and then by the end of the day I’m actually starting to get sick. I also work out 5 days a week so lifting + half an hour of cardio doesn’t work without fuel

Makes sense. I find when I’m running a schedule similar to that, eating organic eggs and super high quality bone broth tides me over long enough to reach the end of the day.
