i did this for the past 2 months and gained 20 lbs back from losing 65. what’s helped me to get back on track from binging is eating lower calorie meals more frequently to make sure i always feel full. also fitting in things i crave into my diet like if i wanna eat chickfila, ill save my calories to have that for dinner or something.
It’s ok all you have to do is find foods you enjoy that are lower calorie. snack on fruit and veggies and find low calorie recipes you actually enjoy. I personally can’t live without ice cream I just use a ninja cremi but there now pints like halo top that offer lower calorie options.
