guys how does this plan sound? looking to lose abt 55 lbs at a steady rate (2lbs/week). 1800 cal deficit and gym/Whole Foods high protein for 16 weeks. THEN 1600 cals same thing for 10 ish weeks? What do we think? Manageable? Unhealthy? Better ideas?

I did a 500 calorie deficit per day for 4 months and gained 10 ish lbs of muscle and lost 15 lbs of fat.

my 350 cal deficit was like 1750 at 220 6’0 but that all varies by person and body comp
