Abs work the same as any other muscle, so weight training works best for them, not ab circuits. Sets of heavy cable crunches and weighted sit-ups are good

Is core okay? If so:
Unweighted: Seated 🇷🇺 leg lifts (4x20)
Jangling leg raises (4x12)
Cross body dumbbell chops (3x12-16)
After each set go straight into a one minute Bear plank (3)
