3 months in, here’s what i’d tell myself: recover right — eat, sleep, rest. don’t chase aesthetics, chase strength. take pics even if you hate the mirror. push hard, but listen to your body. lift consistent, track numbers, hit upper body. add creatine, set a protein goal, and figure out the rep/set ratios work for you.

Stick to it, the hardest part is starting but I once you get into a routine it’ll be much easier and much more rewarding

Honestly, just find a way to make it fun and sustainable for you at first. If your going and you hate it right off the bat then your never going to stick to it.
