It’s all about body fat percentage and goals, weight doesn’t really matter unless at an unhealthy stage which you are possibly reaching

That is sustainable but your weight is what worries me. It sounds like you don’t have a whole lot of muscle built up. What % are you at now? How are you measuring that

well i used this calculator i found online and after i in putted measurements it said 24%... so im like really far off from my goal but idk how and what to lose to get to 17%

24 down to 17 is a large jump. Also it isn’t just a weight game there, it’s about the quality of the weight. You’re better off trying to do more of a recomp at this point. Eat way more protein and keep lifting. Losing weight by itself won’t get you to that point
