My spine is messed up, especially my lower back, so what are some good leg day exercises that aren’t bad for my back?

do you have scoliosis? (i do lol) but i do leg presses, different types of dumbbell squats and lunges, and leg extensions mostly. i stay away from barbell workouts cuz those tend to be more strenuous/riskier on the back. at least without a lifting belt
