You’re not alone here I promise. I’m a personal trainer, and it is not uncommon at all for a client to ask me how they can burn more than they eat because burning 2000 calories would take hours. They’re usually very relieved to learn about BMR lol.
i feel incredibly slow lol. i always wondered how tf you’re supposed to lose fat by burning more cals than you consume bc i “never lose 2K cals in the gym” but i just read about bmr😔I apologize.
