I'm a failure and all my sets go to me
Failure every time 2 set 6-8 reps and heavy weight
So confused by this distribution
2-1 rir till like the last 3 weeks of my split
Compounds 30-40%, isolations 100%
I’m the same except usually 3 sets for most exercises
Im usually dead after the second set ngl
I rest like 4 mins between sets so my lifts are less than an hour long but if I’m chasing a pump I’ll go for 3 or 4 sets
