I have been running PPL consistently for about 4 months now (mon-fri) and it works really well for me and my schedhule but ive seen a lot of people say resting on thursday is good, should i work on having a rest day on thurs and work out on saturday instd

Atp I’d just transition to an upper/lower split. Way nicer to program a 4-5 day split and lets you hit legs 2x a week

Having your rest days spread out can help with recovery since you won't be lifting 5 days in a row
