It’s me agaaaainnn! Today I noticed I can see my collar bones again! Although I’m excited about seeing big changes in real time, I’m getting worried all the time about losing progress. Anyone else feel this way?

Hi guys I’m completely new to gym life (I’m tired of being big) and today I was able to increase my weight in the leg press thing 10 whole pounds.

Lwk all the time. But, what keeps you from losing progress is being consistent. It’s just part of the body dysmorphia that comes with weight loss.
