How often should I be changing my exercises? I go to the gym 5 days a week and my split is glutes+quads, back+bis, abs, glutes+hamstrings, back+tris

Why do you feel the need to change them? If you enjoy them and keep progressing on them then you will continue to build muscle

Never unless ur completely plateaued or injured. U wanna keep everything as consistent as possible to ensure ur progressing. If u switch exercises all the time you’ll have no idea if ur progressing or not

Small variations every 4-8 weeks. Like an unsupported shoulder press to a supported shoulder press, bench w an iso to no iso, etc

Idk, I’ve just been seeing videos that say not to always do the same exercises for months straight. Is that a myth?

I have one exercise for each in my back days, I naturally have bigger shoulders for a woman and I used to do my arm exercises incredibly wrong so they targeted my shoulders and now they just big and in ur face🙃 and chest I just don’t like doing so I keep it minimal

I believe it’s more just to fix a plateau or keep motivation high, you’ll keep growing regardless of if you’re changing them or not, some people just like a different feel once in a while
