You can obviously build muscle in spots like your glutes, but if you don’t have something close to your desired shape to begin with it’ll be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to intentionally shape yourself into an hourglass
Not trying to disappoint you or put you down, just managing your expectations because fitness influencers will not do that for obvious reasons. My best advice is to lift and focus on legs, but also don’t be afraid to hit upper body because it takes a LOT of effort to get a “masculine” upper body build like a lot of women are afraid of.
