Track your progress, take pictures, and take notes of the weight you move. Don’t try to endure, doing painful exercises and eating shitty instagram diet hacks. Find what you like, and do it. It’s a lot easier to show up to yourself, if you look forward to what you get to eat, and you look forward to going to the gym. Like rn, I meal prepped 6 burritos, and I’m happy that I get to eat those burritos. Shit like that
that’s good advice! i love going to the gym so that’s not my biggest problem. I eat healthy my only problem is if i don’t sit and eat a proper meal i feel like i haven’t actually eaten anything. And i don’t have time to sit and eat a proper meal till night so then i stress myself out and make it a bigger meal then i need. I don’t know how to get rid of that mindset. Oh i also feel the need to have like a dessert right after my dinner which feels unfulfilling so then i have another later.
