6 days a week is reasonable as long as your volume is low enough to still have high intensity

Ok yeah, but I also find that the people working out 6 days a week are usually doing too much volume too

I wish I could workout every day and still make progress. Unfortunately I’ve seen the best results doing a 4 day split

No same, I loooove being in the gym, but my plateau stopped when I dropped my overall volume and started training 4 days a week instead of 6. I can’t fucking stand not being in the gym every day to the point where I go and play basketball/do cardio on my rest days still lol.

I split it up doing Push, Legs, Pull, Rest then repeat I’ve been doing that for months, even years now, mostly just because I can’t not be in the gym
