Everyone's bodies are different. Your proper form might not be the typical, average proper form. Like for me, I need the bench a lot further back than most during Bulgarians (my legs are insanely long).

I posted this bc my Bulgarian form was perfect, but then I started overthinking and tried to 'correct' it by following all the videos/'proper' advice and moved the bench a lot closer Basically I fucked myself up and left 3 weeks' gains on the table bc I did that 💀
