As a girl with a larger chest, consistently hitting upper back muscles has completely changed my life. It's the first time I've ever not struggled with hella shoulder and upper back pain. I guess it seems kinda obvious that those muscles are now able to-

Fr, any back pain I’ve had in general is just a whole lot better. Any aches or pains at all are actually better. I can do more too. Lifting was one the best things that happened to me.

carry more weight. But no one ever suggested it, so I never really thought about it it. Might be dumb but, feel like more ppl should talk ab this.

I think traps have been the most important for me to target so face pulls, shrugs, bent over rows, and other variations of rows. But I'm sure there's others too!
