Convinced none of you understand the pain of being a 225 bencher but it’s slightly too heavy to use in working sets so you have to use some goofy amount like 210 or 215
You’ll get over the hump I was stuck at 245 for the longest and then I finally hit 275 then 315 and then 345 just gotta work on your arms core chest with different workouts
