Is it normal to have constant mild joint soreness? Or should I take a break?

Do you do warmup stretches and post stretches? (Including mobility stretches) Bc I had this issue, then I started stretching and shi and now I'm fine

If it’s consistent and severe def get checked out! Also lyme is so common right now it may be worth getting tested. Other than that, you may need more rest days between training sessions. Break it up a bit, don’t overdo it

Dang. I hate stretching. I’ll look for some routines on YouTube. Thanks!

Just do it. Once you get used to it, it becomes a very welcome part of your routine. And you start noticing how many other ppl actually do also stretch! I did NOT want to start stretching but thank god I did 😭🙏 I actually got diagnosed w Ehlers-Danlos a few months ago so I'd probably be like a paraplegic rn if I hadn't started lmfao

Literally just 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after (on lower body days) I don't do post-stretches on upper-body yet (only pre), but I do do like a 30 second dead hang after (GOD TIER MOVE)
