yes sir. I can’t lift heavy because of a neurological condition. I wish I could. For me it’s light weight and body weight

What matters is you haven’t given up and even if it’s a little progress it’s more progress than most will ever make. Nothing I’ve done has happened overnight and I wouldn’t expect it to happen that way for anyone
