Anyone else feel like progress takes so long. I’ve been working out for a few years now. I’m 6’1” btw. Also I did not start eating enough until Nov 21’, I mainly only ran until Aug 21’. Pics in comments Start: 125lbs, Aug 2020 Now: 188lbs , June 2025

If you are natural then yes progress is going to take a long time but you look incredible dude. I think a lot of people get it in their head that if they don’t look like people on social media or in movies then they aren’t where they need to be but at least 90% of those people are on gear and the rest have been lifting for like 10+ years
