I’m about to try them, someone in my unit uses them for muscle growth and I’m about to try for weight loss because of surgery and gaining weight. So far I’ve heard positive things from him and my dad.

The only ones that will really make a significant impact on ur life are glps imo. Everything else is pretty overhyped and not worth the cost. Bpc 157 is decent for injuries but in my experience it’s maybe a 25% increase in recovery speed which isn’t crazy for the price and inconvenience

not worth the hype. i’ve tried BPC and have two friends that ran cjc/ipa and it hardly does anything at all, very underwhelming. creatine is stronger than peptides ime. you’re much better off just doing the real shit or staying natty. peptides are weak as hell, if not completely useless.

weight loss GLP’s might be the only peptides really worth looking into. all of the “muscle growth” ones are so weak they might as well be placebo. they certainly won’t do anything you couldn’t achieve naturally, which to be fair, the same could be said for GLP’s. however, GLP’s seem to be the most effective for their purpose so if that’s something that interests you, definitely look into them.

yeah i ran a cycle of BPC-157 for a lunotriquetral ligament sprain (wrist) and it healed pretty quickly but i can’t say for sure that it was the BPC. no side effects though. at best, i would say BPC sped up my recovery by about 20% or so. if i didn’t lowkey enjoy pinning i probably would have hopped off before ending my cycle. proper rest and movement therapy is probably just as effective if not better.
