22, 6ft1 180lbs, little chubby. want to be a beast 12 months from tomorrow. I will be changing my diet and making sure to walk 30min a day and try to strength train 4 days a week. Drop some advice.

Do light warm-up cardio and post-lift cardio. Focus on proper form and mind-muscle connection before focusing on heavy weights. Eat a good balance of protein and fiber. Be very careful with the exact foods you're eating- and even in a cut, you can still feel like you're eating a lot! Don't neglect calves, adductors, rear delts, and proper core training

Highly recommend training nearly everything to failure rather than an exact rep count I’ve been doing 1 warmup set 2 sets to failure for the last 8 months and it’s been working amazingly just be careful to avoid injuries with this training style

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1/2-3/4 scoop of yummy protein powder + added-sugar-free protein cereal + blueberries + chia/flax seed bowls genuinely fuel my entire life lmao
