
Unfortunately not. Since I wasn’t able to find a gym partner, eventually what worked for me was having a workout plan (I used an app) before I went to the gym. That way I felt like I “belonged” just like the others, when normally I just felt out of place. Don’t know if that will help you in your exact situation, but try to keep in mind that we’re all there to get better. Nobody should worry about you or hate on you for your appearance or anything when you’re only working to improve yourself.
