Definitely, as long as the dumbells go heavy enough for you to use effectively. Just a sample PPL split with just the equipment you described:

Appreciate it! How heavy should the dumbbells go ? For reference I just curl 30s right now. I found some adjustable ones online that go up to 55 each also other ones that go around the 75-90 range, but they just cost more
