Mf what go hit the gym treadmill for 30 mins in the morning and then again at night on top of daily step, take stairs no elevators and purposefully take longer paths to get places

should be so easy it’s a little rough but easier than living at home. Stairs instead of elevator(going up less than 4 going down no more than 4) park far away take the steps

i mostly bike as transport so that means fewer steps taken naturally but it’s still exercise
