For me, being able to drink a significant portion of my calories and nutrition was very helpful in being consistent, solid food isn’t always palatable to me. Look for easy-to-drink, healthy(ish) food options like natural juices, dairy products, and supplements for dietary needs

Definitely protein drinks will help. Do you already have a gym pass? I find it more motivating to go to the gym than work out at home. You should also start small. I was doing table pushups inconsistently for a month or so before getting a gym pass. It helps knowing it decreases my anxiety, improves confidence, helps with pain, and can be fun as I can just listen to a podcast. You don’t have to have a crazy routine but your muscles feeling sore the next day will let you know ur doing it right

As for the consistency of actually going, the hardest part is that habits are formed with consistency over time. Do your best to go at the same time every day. It’s easiest when you chain it to another activity/location you already consistently go to (ex: go immediately before/after work). I would also see if there is a person you can go with, to give you support and a nudge when you need it. A person waiting for me helps me to get ready and go consistently
