i’ve been in a calorie deficit for 10 days now and i’m UP in weight. I have to go to the dr. for a weigh in on tuesday and i really wanted to be down in weight. ugh :(
no no no, it’s just been 10 days, scale weight isn’t accurate at all it’s just a good general guide, it’s only been 10 days you’re chill just stay consistent

I think you should eat more, people get calorie deficit twisted like eat more nutritious whole food and find your real maintenance and go on light cut at start if you don’t do it correctly it can cause your metabolism go down and may even cause to gain

im literally eating 1350 calories and walking 10k+ steps a day a day idk how i can eat less without absolutely losing it
