How do I know if I’m actually getting anywhere or making some kind of progress? I feel like I’m pushing myself every time I exercise but not actually getting any stronger
Make sure to have a consistent method of progressive overload, train near failure, and just be patient

I'd like to add that being fully recovered is a condition for this, building muscle and then overtraining because you didn't rest enough days will make you appear to have less strength
