How do y’all bounce back fast after lifting weights? I work a fairly physical job (digging and installing stuff underground) and end up with significant fatigue/muscle pain because I don’t really get full-on “recovery days” after an intense workout.

eat more and sleep more. it might not fix everything bc you work a physical job but it makes a HUGE difference. if you aren't eating enough carbs and protein and don't have a consistent sleep schedule you'll be way more sore than if you fixed those.
