So how do I not lose all of my progress and maintain a semi healthy lifestyle on a multiple week long vacation in Europe.

Not having a gym doesn’t mean you can’t get shit done. If you want you can go Manuel and do pushups, squats, go running, etc. You’ll start to lose muscle mass about 2 weeks into not working out.

You’ll probably walk a lot and a week layoff won’t cost you anything. Probably come back stronger. Just don’t go crazy on the bread and pastry and beer.
