hey yall i’ve been working out for a year but im barely getting into the whole pre workout/protein powder zone and wanted to ask what’s the best brand to buy?honestly don’t even bother with preworkout. just have a good clean meal 3-4 hours before, ideally packed with complex carbs and protein, and some fast digesting carbs about 30min-1hr before and you’ll be set. bananas and rice cakes are my favorite pre-workout snacks. you’ll need the calories anyways.
