Can someone tell me why my glutes and hams day doesn’t make me sore but my quads and calves day does? My glued day is hip thrust, RDL, leg curl, and abductor. My quad day is squat, calf raise, leg extension, and leg press

soreness isn’t an indicator of muscle growth. maybe your body has adjusted to the movements and isn’t getting as sore anymore. double check form and make sure you’re progressive overloading

Just get rid of the squat or leg press, they're redundant volume

Yeah it’s strange my glutes are not sore on my glute day but they are very sore along with my quads on my quad day

Hip thrusts and RDLs are a bitch to figure out in terms of form it’s so easy for my back to take over One thing that helped me was lowering weight and going slower on reps to keep control, also tucking my chin and driving thru my heels to disengage back and focus on legs
