Thank you 🥹 I’m pretty simple with it, leg days 2x a week, I always do back squats and hip thrusts with a combo of RDL’s, Bulgarians and quad extension but I sometimes switch it up depending on my energy levels, time available, etc.

Fuck, that is really hard. Especially first starting out. I’m really lucky my schedule right now allows me ample gym time. I’m hoping I can keep that up when I go full time, but it’ll definitely be a challenge
