My homeboy wondering why he’s not making progress when he drinks less than half a gallon of water a day, doesn’t track his protein, doesn’t have any rest days in his program, and sleeps 4 hours a night 🤔🤔

We say it as a joke, but it really is sad how often we see the genetics cope from people when they aren’t even covering all of their bases with their training. If your training, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery are not all consistent and dialed in, then it’s probably not genetics that are causing you to plateau
