I want to apologize on behalf of all science based lifters. I got into this shit cuz I wanted to learn how to grow as effectively as possible, not to rage bait and call everyone who trains different than me a moron. Everyone lift how you want.
Just because someone says Exercise A is technically better for hypertrophy doesn’t make Exercises B, C, D trash lol. The problem is that people don’t understand nuance then start to demonize anything that isn’t Exercise A.

No yeah. Kids took “a fly is better than a press for chest growth” and somehow flipped that into “a press is terrible for chest growth.” One thing being better does not mean you can’t do other optionsz
