
*also important to note* I have exercise induced asthma so running and most if not all other types of cardio are really rough for me. I’m also on lexapro, which seemingly makes weight loss harder (if that’s important), so if there’s any tips that can work around those, I’d be extra grateful. Thanks!
yup completely understand, to be honest im not too familiar with lexapro and how it affects fat loss so i cannot speak on that too much…as for the asthma definitely do not do anything you aren’t comfortable with and the biggest cardio is not mandatory! you can download myfitnessPal to track your calories a day. to find out how much you should be eating you can look up a tdee calculator and it will give you a baseline of calories u should be eating and staying under that will help you a ton!
