How do you guys stay consistent and resist skipping a workout? I haven’t been doing this for very long and i’m struggling with it already lmao

Plan a good post-workout meal the night before and only eat it if you go to the gym

understand that the occasional miss isn’t the end of the world, but if you make a habit of it, it’s incredibly unlikely you will ever achieve your goals in the gym. motivation is not what you need. you need discipline. it doesn’t matter how you feel, you go regardless.

Personally for me, if I don’t want to go to the gym I just don’t bc ik if I force myself when I’m not feeling my best then I’m not gonna be productive anyway and I’m just gonna grow to hate it. Having more fun with it and not making it feel like a chore will make it easier to be consistent.
